Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in our Affiliate Program, you accept these conditions of participation as a binding contract.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid website, blog, or social media account to participate in our program. We have the right to refuse any application.
2. Minimum Monthly Purchase Requirement
Each affiliate is required to purchase BioFanatic products every month for a minimum of 10 items.
Failure to meet this requirement will be considered a violation of the agreement and may result in immediate termination of your affiliate membership.
3. Payments
You will be paid a commission on each sale produced by your unique affiliate link or code. Commission rates will be specified in your affiliate dashboard. Monthly commission payments will be made via PayPal or another agreed-upon method.
4. Advertising
As an affiliate, you are accountable for truthfully and honestly advertising our RAW CBD and CBG oils, products and seeds. You are not permitted to make misleading or inaccurate claims about the goods we sell or use unethical or unlawful marketing methods. If we suspect that you broke any of these terms, we retain the authority to cancel your account.
5. Trademarks

6. Membership
Your affiliate membership may be terminated at any time, including but not limited to a breach of these terms, dishonest or illegal activity, failure to meet the minimum monthly purchase requirement, or insufficient sales activity.

We reserve the right to make changes to our terms of service at any time without prior notice. It is your duty to check these terms for updates and modifications on a regular basis.
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be responsible for any indirect, accidental, or consequential losses resulting from your engagement in our Affiliate Program.
These rules and regulations will be monitored and construed according to the laws of the country or state in which our company’s headquarters are located.
